Why do you need to improve your life at all? After all, you can just live and enjoy what you have without striving for better. I think it’s boring and like Groundhog Day, where every day is passed on the same level. Even in games it’s tedious, and even more so in real life.

Let me try to explain why you should strive to improve your life at all.

  • Improving our quality of life is like an investment in ourselves. It makes our life more enjoyable and happier.
  • Also, improving our quality of life helps us realize our potential. This can be through developing skills, achieving personal goals, or overcoming obstacles. The better we feel about ourselves, the more energy and motivation we have to achieve our ambitions.
  • It also allows us to communicate better with those around us. When we are happy and fulfilled, we are more likely to smile, show kindness and empathize with others. This creates a positive atmosphere in our relationships and contributes to our overall harmony.
  • Gain greater resilience to stress. Self-development helps us develop a positive attitude and better coping skills to deal with difficult situations.
    When we put effort into self-improvement, it can inspire others around us to work on themselves as well.

Why 7 steps and not 5 or 10 steps? Maybe you have heard of chakras? According to some spiritual teachings, chakras are energy centers in the subtle human body that are located along the spine. Traditionally, there are seven main chakras that influence different aspects of our lives. This is why I have chosen them as the basis for improving my life. Each step I suggest corresponds to one of the chakras. For harmony and happiness, I recommend going through all seven steps. But of course, no one forbids you to improve your life as you see fit. It is important to listen to your inner voice and do what resonates with you.
So let’s move on to seven steps to improve your life with chakral system:

  1. Take care of your health. Improving your physical and mental health is a key aspect of a quality life. Break free from bad habits and addictions. Incorporate exercise, healthy eating, adequate rest, and practices for mental well-being such as meditation or yoga into your regimen.
  2. Unleash your creative energy, your passion for life. Look for new ways to express yourself, whether through art, music, dance or other forms of creativity.
  3. Practice positive thinking, set clear boundaries and put yourself first when necessary. This will help you make more informed decisions and act in accordance with your values.
  4. Work on developing the ability to love – yourself, others, life. Practice compassion, forgiveness, gratitude. Develop qualities that promote harmonious relationships.
  5. Improve your communication. Express your thoughts and feelings clearly and confidently. Listen actively and seek to understand others.
  6. Trust your inner feelings and intuition when making decisions, work with visualization.
  7. Strive for spiritual development and search for harmony in life. Practice meditation, prayer or other spiritual practices that will help you achieve a state of higher consciousness and inner peace. Live in harmony with yourself and the world.

The main thing is to start small, but go towards your goals constantly. Over time, positive habits will become normal and improve the quality of your life.
