Refunds can be made only in one case: if the product that you downloaded does not meet the declared characteristics in the product description and we cannot additionally send you the desired product by mail (or in another convenient way).

In the event that the purchased product corresponds to the declared characteristics, the return is not accepted. Our refund and return policy is based on the fact that all items in the VICU store are downloadable and after the return you have the opportunity to use the purchased product, so we do not accept returns.

If you have any problems with the order or the product (file) that you downloaded, please contact us by email info@vorontsova.icu (or in another convenient way, but the fastest way to respond to your letters is by email).

Missing Items

If you still do not have the opportunity to download the files after the purchase, please contact us by email info@vorontsova.icu and we will send you the goods by personal letter.
