Top 12 methods to plan your life - choose your planning method

Hi! I want to tell you about the types of planning, as I understand them. In this article I want to share with you best 12 planning methods.

1. Visual planning methods

1.1 Visualization

When you are in a pleasant, calm state, for example, after meditation, or just in a good mood, you go into seclusion. Sit comfortably and, closing your eyes, visualize your future. For example, the practice “My Ideal Day” helps to understand how you see yourself in a few years. How do you feel when you wake up? Who do you wake up with? What kind of bed are you in? What does your morning look like? What do you do during the day? Who do you spend your dinner with? Each time I find new details and experience my future more vividly.

1.2 Moodboard

In Google or Pinterest I find pictures that reflect my future. For example: the house I want, the car I want, the places I want to go on vacation. I print out the pictures I like and hang them on my moodboard. Now they are constantly in front of my eyes and motivate me.
